A man who's a sex addict and needs counseling. He will ruin relationships--his own and other peoples--because of his selfishness. He lusts after women and bases his life around sexual pleasure, having little to no regard (or maybe it's understanding) of the damage he causes.

My boyfriend turned out to be a manwhore. He slept with all my friends.
