A prodigy. Someone who believes they're all knowing and likes to yell when things do not go their way. A person who moves to be better, but in reality suck no matter where they go.

Boy: Hey dude my business and staff arent doing too well in this city, im going to move it to another city.

Friend: You would pull a Gandar.
