trash fire

Music that, while catchy, has no real value or depth. It's fire but in the same way it fulfills a basic need for music but it is not rich or lyrically inspiring, much like the difference between burning trash to keep warm and burning wood in a fireplace.

TJ: Yo you hear that new Meek mixtape? It's fire!
Greg: Nah bruh, that shit trash fire.
