Douche-Chopps 

An over-grown version of mutton-chopps, that if it weren't for the disposable razor wide patch of skin on the chin, would be a full beard. Usually grown by over-weight, know-it-all assholes with minuscule penises.

A- "See that fat fuck with the douche-chopps?"
B- "Yea, he probably has a pin sized pecker"
