Oria

A derogatory name for orientation-year students at the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi arabia.

Orias are usually the subject of mockery on campus, and are known for being naive, inexperienced, and often delusional for believing they have a chance in graduating from KFUPM and becoming real engineers.

Typical discussion between older KFUPM students: "Khalid, I thought I told you to stop hanging around Orias, you goddamn pedophile!"

Senior KFUPM student rolling down the car windows and shouting at an oria who is walking in the sun: "YA ORIAAAAAAAAAA!"
