The town is populated with Werewolves, Vampires, Witches, Originals of each kind and a large group of Scientists. In the current ' act ' ( ACT II: PRODIGIOUS ) another group called H.A.R.C. has taken over and is committing mass murder of supernaturals and rebels from H.A.R.C.
