The utensil used to remove fecal matter from the rectum of someone severely constipated.

Because no one in the trailer park had ever heard of an enema, Lloyd was forced to use the dookie spoon on his 500lb mother when it became clear there was no way a turd that large was going to pass through her rectum unaided.
