A man(or woman) who waits in a dark alley for a defenseless person to appear, and violently grabs them, and cuts them up(preferrably eats them)

defenseless lady: bye carl!
Carl: Jennete! Watch out for that alleygator!
Jannete: Where! Cops! Cops!
