a mixture of apathy and feeling "pooey". This describes the feeling of not finding joy in things and also feeling low, and puts a fun or light hearted twist to these otherwise heavy emotions - making it easier to talk about.

Are you feeling apoothy today? Cause I sure am.

I don't want to do anything today, it's an apoothy day.
