Their last Empress, Allie the Magnificent, was deposed by the Pussygalian High Council for her desire to use nuclear weapons against the rogue nation or Catagascar. The Pussygalians are extremely advanced scientifically, having reached Mars and building a permanent settlement there. All Pussygalian kittens earn STEM Degrees by their 5th birthday. Pussygalia is embroiled in a decades-long conflict that occasionally has turned violent over grazing rights to the legendary catnip fields. This war has gone from hot to cold to hot and back again over the years.
