A person who is queer/homosexual, and comes in an enormous size.

There are also many other words to describe enormous;
Fat, bloated, obese, thick, diabetic, feminist, etc...

Example sentence: “Oh yeah, Karen is such a fatgot”
- “I knew they were fat but I didn’t know they were gay!”
