1) A circle jerk game that involves a group of males standing in a circle around a single person. (the "clown") They proceed to masturbate simultaneously in an attempt to "drown the clown" in semen.
Lizzy always hated it when the guys played Drown the Clown. Especially since they always wanted her to be the clown!
