A person that uses an ellipsis in every sentence.

An over use of ellipsis in a sentence.

Example.
* Guy. Hey!
* Girl. Hai...
* Guy So what is up?
* Girl Nothing...
* Guy Oh okay. So you doing anything later?
* Girl No..........Why.........?
* Guy Wow you are an ellipsis whore
