Rose boy

A rose boy is someone who identify's as a male who is feminine either to a small or extreme lengths, Rose boys are a trans friendly alternate to femboy's since femboy's were originally slurs used against transgender women, A rose boy may be a male who wears makeup, dresses, or may even look just like a regular girl, Rose boys biologically can be any gender, a rose boy can be a boy biological or could even be a trans boy.

"why is Sam wearing makeup?" Says james curious
"Sam is a Rose boy!! That means he's a feminine boy" Sarah explains
"Oh my bad!" Says james now knowing what a rose boy is
