Ananegg Syndrome 

The condition whereby a person is so continuously stupid, that even when that person says something not stupid it's written off as being stupid regardless due to the person saying it.

"Why are you getting on his case? He didn't say anything wrong."
"Sorry, he's just got a severe case of Ananegg Syndrome."
