Palmer Drug Abuse Program. A very fun place for kids who have abused drugs, alcohol, or any mind/body alterating substance, or just for kids to go hang out and have fun.

Boy 1: Dude are you going to PDAP today?
Boy 2: Totally man. Oh. And bring your hacky sack.
