Onyoh is a multipurpose word or sound you make when you're Happy, Sad, Dissapointed, Angry, Excited and etc. Sometimes people can also pronounce it as Anyah. Same meaning but different pronounciation

"ONYOH!"

Excited;
"I got free premiere tickets for us!"
"ONYOH!!!"

Sad;
"He just dumped me.."
"Onyoh...."
