Someone who talks a lot, but when it comes to it there lazy or can't/wont do what they said. See Poser, and add lazy, and you gotta changa.

Person 1-"Dude you said you could land a axle stall 360, now do it..."
Person 2-"Nah I don't wanna, i just dont feel like it right now"
Person 1-"That's what we came here for no stop being a changa, get off your ass and show me"
