Canarpis

An object that is otherwise unidentifiable. Example: Stan and Mary may look at an electrical box. Something is hanging out. Mary says “what is that canarpis sticking out?” It’s obviously a doohickie, but in fact it should be called a canarpis.

“What is that canarpis sticking out of that electrical box?”
