Code name for an erection, referring to former president, Woodrow Wilson, seeing as 'Woodrow' is an elongated version of 'woody,'meaning an erection. 'Wilson' is simply just a great word to use in public when you don't want anyone to know what you are talking about.

Jim: Dude, what's wrong? You look troubled...

Chuck: No, I'm fine. I just got the biggest wilson though and I gotta tuck it into my waistband, before anyone sees it.
