To kill one's self via purposely aggravating or threatening law enforcement officials; suicide by cop. Named for the far-right domestic terrorist Robert Finicum, alias "LaVoy," who was killed by Oregon law enforcement after attempting to evade arrest and while reaching for a sidearm.
