When you feel drowsy or tired all day from having slept more than needed the previous night.

Man, after I pulled that all-nighter yesterday I crashed at 4pm and didn't get up until 10am. I was feelin shitty through all my morning classes.

Yeah, me too. I can't shake that sleep lag.
