Ran Through Choo-Choo

Ran Through Choo-Choo, a derogative term used to refer to a persons sexual promiscuity. Ran through refers to the sexual act of having multiple men in one sexual act while the choo-choo refers to the sexual act of a “train” due to the choo-choo sound that trains make.
