An act where one person takes out their testecles and put it over their waistband or belt and go to the nearest female and slap her with them as hard as they can trying to get it as close to her mouth as possible then while she is in shock you fart in her mouth.

Man Tina really just got slappyballed at school today I heard she had to go home.
