A form of english street slang mostly used by those of a TWEEKED out state. Could also be used to describe the sudden jerky movements a person displays after a few days up on Crystal Meth.

A long tube with a bubble at the end. Typically used to smoke Meth out of. Slang term used mostly by freebaser in the north western area of the united states.
