Leftovers from events such as "the runs", when someones fails to perform a good wipe afterwards. Can sometimes be battled with the use of a "shit bic".

Person 1: "Dude, it smells like booty residue in here"
Person 2: "Sorry, my shit bic ran out of lighter fluid..."
