Delusional

An individual who has lost all connection with reality. He will deceive even himself into believing complete falsehoods. He may even create doctored videos online in order to deceive others.

Tim is Delusional. He thinks the first jetty should be call the third jetty, even though it was the first one built and the westernmost jetty in East Hampton.
