A “food” people pretend to like so they can seem fancy. Tastes like someone dug 10 feet underground, found dirt that worms threw a rave in, flattened it out, let a snail run laps on it, and called it “earthy.” Somehow ends up on pizza, pasta, and every dish that was perfectly fine before it got ruined.

“Why does this burger taste like wet forest?”
“They added mushrooms, dude.”
