To say when someone says sumthing stupid. there after, slapping that person on the back of their neck and sliding your fingers across the neck.
Stupid person : "Chris Rock was in Rush Hour"
Person 2: "RIP...that was chris tucker, stupid"
Stupid person : "ow.."
