Exceeding the three beer rule, followed by one or more of these events: (1) Increase in volume, (2) Ignoring the girl you've gone out of your way to invite over to your party with the hopes of laying, (3) vomit, and (4) whatever.

"Dude, I'm disappointed. You totally braltered last night." or "Dude, quite braltering!"
