A girl who resides in the suburbs outside of New York City or Philadelphia. Usually very attractive due to the fact that daddy and mommy have high paying city jobs and they can buy extremely expensive clothes go tanning in the winter and drive brand new cars even though they cant drive for shit. They often resemble Gwen Stefani or Fergie. They think they are the shit, but have no personal independence at all.
