A Kanav is a person who just does not shut the fuck up and wuss a fuck ton. They are always very hypocritical and always want to seek after fame and popularity but usually fail in these efforts. A Kanav may be good looking and intelligent, but you might as well not waste time with these people as they have a fucked up dark side.
