A dance you do when you high of thizz a.k.a ecstacy Mac Dre made it up. The shortned version of it is thizz dance. And for da guy wit the definition on the top wit the song its "dust myself off like i just stole third" not "dust myself off like i just dont care".

Aye last nite was hyphy nigga, I was doin the Thizzle Dance all over da club.
