Hnngh 

The act of making a rather loud, slightly obnoxious yet generally funny noise. (Sounds guttural more often than not.)

John *Lifting weights*: "HNNGH!"
John's friend: "Dude...you're strong..."

John *In Bathroom.*: "HNNGH!
John's friend: "DUDE, YOU ALRIGHT IN THERE?"

("Hnngh" is often used with more than two n's.)
