Acronym: None Engligh Speaking Ass Clown. Used to define someone, almost always at a call center, pretending to speak English while obviously not having a command of it. Characterised as pretending to be American and having no interest whatsoever in actually assisting you. Also known as Engrish speakers.

"I called the Dell tech support line and the only guy I could get speak with was a NESAC."
