Friends, that when hanging out, occasionally become naked and engage in activities of a sexual nature. Not to be confused with friends with benefits.
Guy 1: They're naked friends.
Guy 2: You mean friends with benefits?
Guy 1: No. They're naked friends.
Guy 2: What's the difference?
Guy 1: They still hang out during the day, and they might not have sex when they do hang out.
