Wraparound

A common gameplay option used often in games throughout the 1970s and early 1980s. It refers to objects leaving one side of the screen immediately reappear on the opposite side, maintaining speed and trajectory.

"Oh, I reappeared on the other side of the screen!" - "Yeah, that wraparound is pretty chill."
