A girl who is seemingly a whore, but come to find out she is in fact a virgin.

They tend to flirt with every guy they meet and are often considered a cock tease or a makeout whore.

They will usually perform every sex act imaginable in lieu of actual sex.

"Mike: Dude Stacy is such a whore! She must have slept with at least 50 guys by now."

"Sam: Nahh Haven't you heard? She is a Flirgin."
