clenz

To Cleanse one's body in a light industrial setting for therapeutic benefits and bragging rights. It is an abbreviation for a Cleanse, however a Clenz differs from regular cleanses done in alternative communities most obviously for it's use of Aircraft noise to facilitate aural Clenzing. A Clenz is often associated with Frenz (an abbreviation for Friends), as in "Frenz Dat Clenz".

"I'm on the 6th day of the Clenz, and I feel great, but my motivation is wayyyyyy down."
