A fake Lebanese Lira (Pound), still being used in bank accounts, and using which depositors can buy a limited amount of Lollars (Lebanese Dollars stuck in the system) at the Lollar official rate. Fliras can also be used to pay Lollar credit card dues and personal loan installments. Once taken out of the bank, the Flira transforms into a Lira, worth much less value in reality.
"I would like to pay my card minimum due of 120 Lollars", "of course sir, this will be 180,000 Fliras"
