“Loan Doan” or “Doan” for short is a Mother F***ing G in the kitchen work force. Someone who puts their head down and gets sh*t done. They pick up shifts when needed, come in to help out, and are at work so much you wonder if they are a loner who loves to come to work and get sh*t done.
