In Bruno Mars's song "grenade" he is symbolizing that he is going to "catch a grenade" for you, bro. This mean a bro must land in a grenade for another bro.

You're going out to a party with a wingman and there is a group of two chicks. One girl is hot as fuck and the other looks ugly as shit you're bro must do anything to occupy the ugly girl (catching a grenade) so you can get into elbow deep in poone.
