When you get your penis pierced, realized the lady who did it fucked up, regret the decision and take out the piercing. This results in a hole through not only your penis, but the tube that carries piss out of your dick as well. End result: pee comes out 3 separate holes and your dick becomes a sprinkler, requiring both hands to plug the holes.
