Bird

Basically someone that’s kind of a bitch. They rarely come through on what they say they will. Sometimes a little sketchy or a hassle to deal with/make plans with.

Person 1: Yo see if (name) got some tree.
Person 2: Nahh, he’s a bird. I don’t fw him.

1: You tryna go chill with so and so?
2: Nahh, he’s a bird.
