When an individual, company, or group of individuals get so excited when talking about, seeing highlights, or attending a a game of Ricky Rubio that they become aroused, or excited and get a Rubioner. Exclusively found in the Minneapolis/St Paul Metropoliton, with potential to spread worldwide.

I totally have a Rubioner right now after I just saw Ricky make that no-look behind the back pass.
