An appropriate way of referring to someone as a “cock sucker”, especially in a business setting.

John: Holy smokes! Mike is a real cock-“
Bill: Hold on, John! We’re at a company event and that could offend HR! What you should say is cork sucre instead.
John: Gosh darn, Bill! You’re right! Mike is a real cork sucre!
