Phantom Whippy

When someone believes that they hear the Mr Whippy Music from his Icecream Van, but in fact, they are imagining it.

"Do you hear that? Thats Mr Whippy music!"
"I don't hear anything."
"Oh Darn it must have been a phantom whippy."
