Snowdon's folly 

Named after TV presenter, model and former beau of George Clooney, 'Snowdon's folly' is used to describe the waning popularity of any female celebrity as a result of her refusing to pose fully topless (i.e. nipples).
Person 1: Did you see that Rachel Stevens fell from 7th to 34th in this year's FHM Top 100?
