Dick Sucking Face 

The face one makes (usually female, but not always) while applying mascara. The cheek bones are sucked in, the eye balls are popped out, and the mouth is open wide in the shape of an "o" as if about to suck a dick.

Look at that chic putting on make-up, she so has a dick sucking face!
