Opa

Greek for, "Oh my God! Your cheese is on fire!"

Cried out in Greek restaurants every time the saganaki (flaming cheese appetizer) is ignited at someone's table.

The server lit the saganaki and shouted, "Opa!" along with everyone at the table.
